Warm Power Flow

Treat yourself to a 75 minute mixed level warm power flow (25C) practice.  Not too fast not too slow – just right!

Through the continued practice of asanas (yoga poses), you will gain flexibility and strength, relieve tension and stress and become more centered and aware of your complete being.  You will learn how to link basic postures in a manageable way coordinating  breath with conscious movement.

This class is a level 1/2 and is suitable for those whom have taken more than a few classes and are not experiencing major injury or illness in their bodies.
