Teen Yoga

Strengthen/stretch sesh for parents and teens. This class will be taught as a yin/yang style. We will begin with a meditation and breathing techniques. Then we will warm the body up with the Yang practice which will include flows and postures that create heat. Followed by the Yin practice which will include relaxing postures that will stretch those muscles we strengthened. ┬áParents are not obligated to attend but are encouraged and this class is open to all levels ­čÖé

Tuesdays @ 5:45-7:00pm
