Lunch Hour Yoga

Lunch hour classes are a mixed bag open to all levels.  Please do not eat a large meal prior to joining us!

  • Mondays – Yin Yoga
  • Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays – All Levels Hatha Flow
  • Wednesdays – Yoga Nidra – the Yogic Sleep ~ Give yourself permission to rest, balance and restore. Yoga Nidra is know as sleep with a trace of awareness. It is an ancient practice for deep body and mind relaxation, which can alleviate many stress-related disorders. Yoga Nidra is practiced lying in savasana (or a comfortable position) while you listen to the words of the teacher leading you through guided visualization, body scanning and breathwork.  There is nothing required of you but to lie down and listen to the instructors voice!
