Join Sonja Foss for two hours of experiential learning.

Participants will learn an entire Yin Yoga sequence designed to release aches, pains, emotions and even improve sleep. This sequence will be provided in handouts with images, posture names, posture benefits and instructions.

Participants will be taught how to find their own body’s proper alignment and comfort with props like bolsters and blocks. This is so students may be empowered to continue their healing with the balanced Yin Yoga sequence at home.

Once the sequence is learned, yogis will be taken through the entire sequence for the juiciest Yin Yoga experience ever as they are guided through meditation, breathing techniques and accompanied by calming music to truly release tension from head to toe and to integrate the experiential workshop.

This is followed by an original Yoga Nidra script written and guided by Sonja. It will be recorded live while participants rest in a hypnagogic sleep healing on a deep cellular level and planting the seed of their heart’s true desire. Each participant will be emailed the live Yoga Nidra recording for their use for all time.

Sonja Foss is trained and certified in power yoga, yin yoga, hatha yoga, restorative yoga and yoga nidra. Sonja comes from a professional planning background in natural resources management, but has been teaching yoga for four years and has taught over 1,000 hours of classes. Based out of 108 Mile Ranch, she creates workshops that align with the 8 Limbs of Yoga and will soon be offering continuing education courses for yoga teachers and new yoga teachers alike through the international organization, Yoga Alliance. Sonja is also pursuing a social work degree at the University of Victoria to blend her unique yoga teaching with future clinical counselling designations. A woman of many passions and interests, she is most passionate about fun, light, creative and meaningful connections with her students, friends and family.
