Mens Yoga w/ Jesse Hohert

Mondays – 5:45-7:00pm

This class will be a combination of stretching, strength and balance. An easy introduction to foundational postures and then linking the postures into a routine. Great for the rookie or the athlete that wants a little edge or just more flexibility.  Plus it’s all geared towards a mans body!

About Jesse Hohert:

I did yoga for a few years casually for the physical benefits. I had a degenerative hip injury that
resulted in a total hip replacement at 40 years old. I thought I was done!  But I got back on
the horse, really concentrated at the gym and started practicing Yoga a little more seriously and have never felt better. I have way more strength and flexibily than before my injury. I can mountain bike, backcountry ski, hike with a full backpack and ride a dirt bike on and off the snow!!!. When I don’t practice Yoga, I start to seize up so for me it’s a must if I want to keep moving with fluidity.

Payment can be made on line,  in studio or by e-transfer to info@satyayogastudio.ca.

Committed Classes are separate from our Drop In classes and require payment up front for the class over the course of 4-8 weeks depending on the class. Classes are more focused to each of the individuals attending.
