Mens Yoga – Free Info Session

Monday January 22 – 5:45-7pm

Join Jesse Hohert for an evening to explore some stretches, try a few moves, ask questions, have some laughs, and find out how yoga can be fun and good for every body!  No prior experience necessary.

About Jesse Hohert:

I did yoga for a few years casually for the physical benefits. I had a degenerative hip injury that
resulted in a total hip replacement at 40 years old. I thought I was done!  But I got back on
the horse, really concentrated at the gym and started practicing Yoga a little more seriously and have never felt better. I have way more strength and flexibily than before my injury. I can mountain bike, backcountry ski, hike with a full backpack and ride a dirt bike on and off the snow!!!. When I don’t practice Yoga, I start to seize up so for me it’s a must if I want to keep moving with fluidity.
