Iyengar Yoga – Gentle

Wednesday 10-11:15 am

This class is gentle, yet invigorating. Practice a range of basic yoga postures, with extra time allowed for individual modifications of the poses. Improve balance, build strength and increase mobility. Newcomers welcome.

NOTE: $48 when you also register in another weekly Iyengar yoga class.

For students wishing to start mid-session, the session fee may be prorated.

If you attend two committed Iyengar yoga classes per week, a price break is offered on your second class.

Visiting Iyengar yoga students are welcome to drop in.

Committed Classes are separate from our Drop In classes and require payment up front for the class over the course of 4-8 weeks depending on the class. Classes are more focused to each of the individuals attending.
