Beginner Flow

This is the best place to start!  We will teach you all of the necessary postures and modifications to feel comfortable in your Yoga practice. This is a slower paced class with a strong emphasis on foundation integrated with demonstration of form and alignment to create a safe, positive and empowering experience. This practice enhances muscle tone, flexibility and a peaceful mind. Ideal for the beginner as well as the experienced practitioner to review technical principles. All levels welcome.
